Why is fossil record hard to interpret?
It is hardto interpret fossil records because of the age and size of some fossils. Over time fossils tend to wear and tear in nature, therefore the fossil print fades. Also the size of the fossils are a big factor to which the fossil can be easily interpreted or not. If the organism is small then the fossil will reflet apond that and it will make it a challenge for scientists to interpret the fossil.
