I think as far as the government should go is put the infected people is an area where they can't infect healthy people. The government shouldn't kill the people are just a little scared if what will happen to them. Only a limited amount of people in the army should get involved, because if too much then people will be scared and rebel. Only the people who rebels should be shot.
