When living in the United States we live in a very speical country. Our measuring system is very different from the rest of the world. Countries around the global all had based their metric system on centimeter, meters, kilometers, etc. However, the United States had based our metric system on inches, feets, miles, etc. There has been many controversty about the fact if the US should change our metric system to be the same as the rest of the world.
I think that the United States should change our metric system to bet the same as the rest of the world. There are three main reasons why. First of all, it would be should much easier to travel if the US had the same metric system as the rest of the world. Secondly, lives of citizens of the United States and the rest of the world would be made easier. Lastly, science would be made much more simple.
